Welcome — I’m Kameron Payeur, RMT.

My goal is to create a treatment space where you feel welcome, heard, and supported. I believe you know your body best, and I use that insight to guide each personalized massage treatment.

I draw on a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, fascial release, and range of motion work. Each session ends with calming Swedish massage to help the body fully relax and let go.
